Robert Baker, the Regional Director of the US Department of Education, and Bill Tomasco from the Philadelphia Office of Charter Schools, visited Green Woods Charter School in celebration of Charter Schools Week. Mr. Baker presented Jean Wallace and Elizabeth Bailey a proclamation signed by President Bush honoring Green Woods Charter School’s role in educational choice.
